Lloyd Flanders heirloom quality outdoor wicker furniture is sold nationwide, but most of their dealers are independent with a local or regional presence and a varied approach to marketing. The Lloyd Flanders Discover Luxury Sales Event was created to build awareness and drive sales through targeted digital and mobile media. Yet the digital media plan was only part of our campaign strategy – we included a strong public relations plan that mobilized shoppers and influencers through social media, tied in shelter publication print advertising and added retail POP and dealer support communications to encourage participation at the store level. The promotion has delivered for two consecutive years, helping us reach campaign goals while logging their largest order entry week ever.
